NRL Injury List 2023: Every club's casualty ward

Parramatta suffered a double blow, with both Andrew Davey and Ryan Matterson suffering injuries in their upset win over the Bunnies.

Elsewhere, the Roosters saw their dummy-half Brandon Smith leave the game with a fractured thumb, whilst Blake Lawrie fractured his hand in the same clash.

Manly have been hit with a host of injuries in their forward pack with Jake and Ben Trbojevic failing to finish the game during the Sea Eagles' win over Canberra.

BRISBANE BRONCOS

Adam Reynolds (neck/head knock) was stretchered from the field during Brisbane's clash with Melbourne and complained of nerves in his neck twinging. The halfback was later cleared of serious injury however he has been ruled out of Brisbane's Round 12 clash against the Panthers. 

Corey Oates (knee) suffered a PCL injury a month ago and is now nearing a return.

CANBERRA RAIDERS

Zac Woolford (concussion) left the field early during Canberra's win over the Eels and was deemed a category one concussion. He will be stood down for a mandatory 11 days as a result of HIA protocols. 

Nick Cotric (hamstring) is scheduled to return at the same time as Woolford as he continues to recover from injury. 

Matt Frawley (hand) is also set for a Round 13 return after suffering a broken hand while filling in for Jack Wighton in the halves earlier during the season. 

CANTERBURY BULLDOGS

Braidon Burns (knee) battled through an MCL injury against the Dragons but is expected to miss around a month of action. Bailey Biondi-Odo (ACL) is closing in on a return from a serious knee injury. 

Viliame Kikau (pectoral) is still sidelined and won't be back until Round 23 according to head of football Phil Gould. 

Luke Thompson (foot) has missed the first half of the campaign after suffering an injury at training prior to the opening round and remains sidelined indefinitely. 

CRONULLA SHARKS

Siosifa Talakai (neck) and Oregon Kaufusi (illness) missed the side's clash with Manly. Kaufusi returned in Round 12, while Talakai is facing a few more weeks on the sidelines. 

Cameron McInnes (thumb) suffered a broken hand during his side's Round 11 victory over Manly and has been ruled out for a month. 

Toby Rudolf (foot) is out for up to three months in a massive blow to Cronulla's forward stocks. 

Promising fullback Kade Dykes (knee) has suffered a ruptured ACL and will miss the entire season.

DOLPHINS

AJ Brimson (hamstring) has been struck down with a grade two hamstring tear and is expected to return in Round 14 after missing around a month of footy. 

Toby Sexton (wrist) enjoyed just one game in first grade, where he scored the match-winning try against the Dragons, before succumbing to injury. 

Jaimin Jolliffe (pectoral) will be sidelined for an extended period, along with Sam Verrills (collarbone) who picked up an injury in Round 2 and has been ruled out for at least two months after undergoing surgery.  

Beau Fermor (ACL) looks set to miss the year after injuring his knee on the eve of the new season beginning.

Jake Trbojevic (calf) was set to be named in NSW's side for the Origin opener but he reaggravated his injury against Canberra and is expected to be on the sidelines for a number of week once again. 

Ben Trbojevic (hamstring) was also injured during Manly's Round 12 win over Canberra. 

Josh Aloiai (shoulder) will miss at least a month after suffering a dislocated shoulder against Cronulla, while mid-season recruit Aaron Woods (thumb) will be out for up to six weeks with a fractured thumb.

Kema Tuilagi (facial) will undergo surgery for a facial fracture suffered against the Sharks, missing six weeks.

George Jennings (hamstring) and Alec MacDonald (elbow) are expected to return from injury in Round 14. 

Jonah Pezet (collarbone) will miss the next six weeks, while fellow rookie Jack Howarth (shoulder) will miss at least one month. 

Ryan Papenhuyzen (knee) continues to work his way back from a knee injury he suffered whilst attempting a tackle on Jack Wighton last year.

Dean Ieremia (ACL) has been ruled out for the entire 2023 season.

Brodie Jones (quad) is battling back from injury alongside Kurt Mann (abdomen) who is still facing around a month on the sidelines. 

Jayden Brailey (knee) has suffered an ACL injury. It is the second time he has endured this injury on his right knee, and he is not expected to return this season.

Ronald Volkman (finger) suffered a compound fracture against the Bulldogs but won't miss any game time with the Warriors scheduled for a bye in Round 12. 

Andrew Webster is actually set for a welcome influx of returning players after the club's bye round with Jackson Ford (concussion), Luke Metcalf (hamstring) and Brayden Williame (calf) all set to be available. 

Mitch Barnett (neck) has been given a tentative return date of Round 14 after meeting with a specialist. The former Newcastle forward has been out since Round 3. 

Te Maire Martin (leg) has been ruled out until Round 15 after limping off in his side's Round 6 loss to the Knights. 

Edward Kosi (knee) has been ruled out for between five and six weeks after suffering medial damage during his side's loss to Penrith in Magic Round. 

Jazz Tevaga (calf) remains out indefinitely.

Jason Taumalolo (knee) had been playing through an injury picked up earlier in the season until the club decided to operate on the cartilage issues. The forward is now set to return in Round 13 after being unavailable for over a month. 

Jeremiah Nanai (suspension) has to serve a four-match suspension for a hip-drop tackle against Cronulla. 

Griffin Neame (throat) has been ruled out for around two months after suffering a cricoid fracture.

Tom Chester (knee) suffered an ACL injury in Round 9, while trying to make a tackle.

Reagan Campbell-Gillard (hip/groin) will miss at least two months after suffering a nasty injury against the Broncos in Round 8. 

Shaun Lane (hamstring) will miss the next eight weeks after suffering a hamstring injury against Canberra.

Izack Tago (pectoral) sustained an injury in the loss to South Sydney and remains sidelined for the next month. 

Spencer Leniu suffered a ruptured testicle following a training incident and is out indefinitely, with Matt Eisenhuth (shoulder) also out for an undetermined time. 

Taylan May (ACL) has been sent for surgery and will miss the entire 2023 season.

Campbell Graham (sternum) has withdrawn from Origin camp after being overlooked for the side, but could feature in Round 13 for the Bunnies. 

Tom Burgess (back) was a late omission for the Round 11 win with the Tigers after suffering an injury in the warm-up and was once again left out of the Bunnies' side in Round 12. 

Jed Cartwright (head knock) left the field during his side's win over the Tigers and will miss at least a week. 

Keaon Koloamatangi (ankle) was injured against the Dolphins and despite positive initial reports, the news wasn't good for Souths forced to do without their star backrower for around two months. 

Davvy Moale (knee) is set to return in Round 14 alongside Koloamatangi after suffering a knee injury. 

Siliva Havili (ankle) remains out indefinitely.

Jack Bird (knee) was a late exclusion from Friday's win over the Roosters suffering from knee soreness.

Blake Lawrie (hand) was forced from the field 65 minutes into the game in their spectacular Round 12 win against the Roosters.

Tautau Moga (shoulder) scored a hat-trick against the Roosters on Anzac Day. However, he was forced to leave the field early with a shoulder complaint. 

Tyrell Fuimaono (hip) suffered an injury in training, and it is unknown when he will return.

Cody Ramsey (illness) has been ruled out for the season as he continues to battle ulcerative colitis.

Jared Waerea-Hargreaves (pectoral) left the Penrith game after only 16 minutes, with an MRI since clearing him of any serious damage. 

Joey Manu (ankle) limped off the field during his side's woeful loss to the Panthers, with the club revealing "moderate damage to the ligament in his right ankle" had been detected. He is expected to return in Round 14 along with Sam Walker (knee) and Daniel Tupou (hamstring), who has been out since Anzac Day. 

Brandon Smith (thumb) would leave the contest and not return in Friday's loss to the Dragons. He will require surgery on his thumb and is likely to miss eight weeks of footy.

Paul Momirovski (shoulder) has undergone surgery and will be sidelined for around two months. 

Connor Watson (knee) suffered an injury during pre-season but is now back in training. However, it is still unknown when the utility will return.

Brent Naden (suspension) is due back in the coming weeks after being banned for a high shot. 

Charlie Staines (bowel) will miss up to three months after suffering a small bowel perforation against Manly. 

Adam Doueihi (ACL) suffered the third ACL injury of his career and will miss the remainder of the season. The Tigers provided an update giving their star playmaker an estimated recovery time of 12-16 months, which means he could potentially only return midway through the 2024 season.
